For domestic orders, we will hold cards up to two weeks while we await your payment. (Three weeks for international orders.) We will place the cards on the site for sale again after that time.
We will add 8.25% tax for residents of Colorado. Colorado Dealers may submit a Sales Tax Exemption form.
